Subscription Policy
Introduction
Artique app allows you to get certain features and functionality by the means of a subscription model.
1. Artique Pro
1.1. Artique Pro is a paid subscription that gives you unlimited access to the ultimate collection of custom made filters, effects & tools for stories editing.

1.2. Artique Pro offers different subscription plans. Depending on the subscription plan chosen, subscriptions are billed monthly, weekly or annually.

1.3. To subscribe for one of the subscription plans of Artique Pro, you should use one or more payment methods (your account in one of third party services such as Google Play or App Store, collectively “app store”).

1.4. Subscription for Artique Pro auto-renews at the cost of the chosen subscription plan, unless canceled 24 hours in advance prior to the end of then-current subscription term. Unless you cancel subscription before the billing date, you will be charged for the next billing cycle in accordance with conditions of chosen subscription plan.

1.5. From time to time Artique may offer special promotional subscription plans for Artique Pro. Special subscription plans may have differing conditions and limitations, which will be disclosed at your sign-up or in other communications made available to you.

1.6. We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you.

1.7. In the event of change in price for your subscription plan which you were duly informed of as provided in par. 1.6., new subscription price would be effective from the billing period following then-current subscription billing period.
2. Free Trial
2.1. Your subscription for Artique Pro may start with a Free trial. Free trial is intended to allow new members to try the services provided as part of subscription for Artique Pro. The duration of the free trial term of your subscription will be specified during sign-up.

2.2. In order to receive access to the Free trial, you should make a subscription for one of the subscription plans for Artique Pro. During the term of Free trial you will not be charged for use of Artique Pro while having access to the same functions which are normally provided exclusively as part of subscription for Artique Pro.

2.3. Once the term of Free trial is over it will automatically convert into paid subscription (in accordance with the chosen subscription plan) if automatic renewal is enabled. You may disable automatic renewal of the subscription within the last 24 hours of the trial. Subscription fee will be charged to your payment method 24 hours before the conclusion of your trial. Starting from this moment your subscription will automatically renew according to the pattern described above.

2.4. Subscription, chosen at the moment of activation of Free trial term, could also be canceled by you at any time prior to final 24 hours of the Free trial term as provided at your sign-up.
3. Artique Subscription
3.1. Only those User(s) acting under Artique’s Terms of Use (available at https://artique.app/term-of-use) that have a valid Artique subscription, are allowed to make commercial use of the Services as specified in Section 2 of Artique’s Terms of Use “Access and Use Limitations”.

3.2. In order to make Artique subscription, you should use your account in the App Store. Please note, that at this time Artique subscription is available only for devices supporting iOS. Artique subscription will be available for Android devices and Android devices will be eligible for support once the platform is released.

3.3. Upon payment of Fees, the Services will enable you to edit an unlimited number of projects during the paid period.

3.4. No fee paid hereunder shall be refundable, notwithstanding suspension or termination of your account on the Services, your failure to utilize any part of the Services (including features and/or functionality available under paid subscription and/or on a paid basis), the prepayment or cancellation of the Services or for any reason whatsoever, except where otherwise specified by Artique.

3.5. When you purchase subscription you undertake an in-app purchase, and the payment for such purchase will be processed directly by the owner of the app store, and will be governed by their terms and conditions as well as other applicable policies. Please review and accept the terms and conditions of the app store with regard to your rights to cancel orders and get related refunds. Thus, if you have any payment related issues you are advised to contact app store directly. All purchases made through Services are final and non-refundable, except when required by law. You agree that you will not receive money or other compensation for unused Services.

3.6. Examples of use include using the Services to enhance Content for both advertising and sales purposes (e.g. marketing campaigns) subject to limitations provided by Artique’s Terms of Use. You will be allowed to create multiple end products that incorporate Services as well as other things, so that each end product is larger in scope and different in nature than Services and any item from Services, limited to advertising, promotion materials for small business accounts (for example, social media pages, stories, posts).

3.7. For the time that a User has a valid Artique subscription, such User is authorized to:

- use the redistributable Artique products long as the subscription is active;
- transfer, reproduce, redistribute, and provide access to the redistributable Artique product to a third party;
- sell your product containing or using the redistributable Artique product to a third party, but not the redistributable Artique product on its own.

3.8. Artique subscription auto-renews, unless canceled 24 hours in advance prior to the end of then-current subscription term. Unless you cancel the subscription before the billing date, you will be charged with subscription fee for the next billing cycle directly by the app store.
4. Cancellation of subscription
4.1. In order to cancel a subscription for Artique Pro, please follow instructions of respective app store on cancellation of a subscription (for additional instructions on how to cancel a subscription in your third party service please see terms and conditions of the relevant app store).

4.2. Once your subscription is canceled, Artique Pro will be available to you until the end of the billing period, and your subscription will not be renewed after then-current subscription term expires. The already started subscription period cannot be discontinued or canceled.
5. ‍Closing provisions
5.1. Any reference in paragraphs 1.4, 2.4., 2.5. to a specific time shall refer to the time in the time zone where you were located at the moment of commencement of the related event. (For example, a reference to cancellation of a subscription 24 hours in advance prior to the end of the then-current subscription term means that 24 hours should be counted in the same time zone where you initially subscribed for your current subscription plan in Artique Pro).

5.2. By subscribing to Artique Pro you acknowledge that subscription for Artique Pro is available in more than one country, and that the currencies used by those countries may vary, and may fluctuate in value during the term of this Agreement. Please acknowledge that as Artique is not processing payment for the subscription, we rescind from any responsibility for the changes in subscription price resulting from reflection by app store of any fluctuations in the exchange rate.

5.3. Please acknowledge that as Artique is not processing payment for the subscription, we rescind from responsibility for

(i) any fees or commissions relating to processing of payment of subscription price,
(ii) any refusal of the payment method (including payment methods as provided in par. 1.3. or any bank or credit organization used by you in order to process payment) to accept and/or process.

Any complaints regarding processing of payment should be filed to the respective app store, bank or financial institution through which the respective payment was made.
